Perfect Sleeping

Sleep Disorder:

We have many activities to do a day. One in three parts of time is relaxing. The best relaxation is sleeping. Sleeping is a kind of brain and body resting. Duration of sleeping time is variation, up to individual person. Somebody 3-4 hours of sleeping time is enough but for somebody needs 7-8 hours. There is a study of the relationship of sleeping quality, blood pressure and heart rate. It is said that if you have a deep sleeping, the heart rate and blood pressure will decrease. It is the very good result for the body. In the opposite way, Hypertension patients that can not have deep sleep may have more risk factors of heart diseases than the patients who can sleep long and dept.

Many people have some problems with sleeping, some can not sleep and some can not have deep sleep and feel tired in the next day after wake up. The causes of problems are pressure from working, stress and some diseases. The best way for solve this problem are adjust life style and participate in treatment course if you have a disease that involve with insomnia.

Avoid the stress by positive thinking and exercise for everyday will helpful. Other way is taking medicines that help sleeping. You have to consult the pharmacist and doctor before starting medications. Recommend to take them in short course. Because some medicines may cause bigger problems later such as addiction or side effect for example; dry mouth, urine retention and eye problems.

Having a perfect sleep is important to the quality of life in everybody. Personal gains from perfect sleeping are; prevention from some diseases such as heart diseases, blood pressure, depression, migraine headache, constipation, weak muscle or cancer. Moreover, the perfect sleep makes fresh face looking, delay wrinkles and cheerful. You will reach your target goals from nice sleeping, ready for confront the obstacles. In students, a perfect sleeping helps them to have long concentration on studying and easy to understanding the lessons. If you have any problem about sleeping, do not buy any sleeping pill without consultation from the specialists. Exercise in the afternoon and consume nutrition foods are the first things you have to do after the problem. Herbal medicines that involve with blood circulation can help sleeping.
